This series optical cross-connection cabinet is mainly made up of Stainless Steel or SMC case, fixing elements of the case frame, cable fixing and protective device, direct welding module, terminal module integrating welding and distributing, wiring duct and tail optical fiber coiling device. The distribution box is suitable for the connection, distribution and dispatching of outdoor link fiber cable and optical distribution cable. Besides.
Features
Large capacity: the maximum distribution capacity is 96-cores, 144-cores, 288-cores, and 576-cores four types of optical fiber cables, and the capacity of direct welding is single, 120-cores -240-cores, and 240-cores -480-cores ribbon optical fiber cables.
The cabinet adopts special high-strength corrosion-resistant materials, has good waterproof, anti-condensing, moisture resistance properties, and can stand various adverse effects caused by climate and environment.
The cabinet is equipped with horizontal wiring duct, and makes the optical cable layout more reasonable and tidy.
Adopts the terminal tray integrating welding and distributing. Welding and distributing are performed at the same level, which makes the operation convenient, reduces the length of ribbon tail fiber and lowers the cost.

2. Technical indicators of optical fiber connector
(1) The insertion loss does not exceed 0.5dB.
(2) Return loss: that of APC type is not less than 60dB, that of UPC is not less than 50dB, and that of PC type is not less than 40dB.
3. High-voltage protective grounding device
(1) Voltage withstand level
The voltage withstand level between the grounding device and the metal part of box is not less than 3000V (DC) within 1min.
(2) The high-voltage protective grounding is connected with the metallic strength member, metallic moisture-blocking layer and the armor layer in the optical cable, and the sectional area of ground wire exceeds 6mm2.
(3) Insulation resistance
The insulation resistance between the grounding device and the metal part of box is not less than 2×104mΩ,and the test voltage is DC500V.
4. Suitability requirements
(1) The optical fiber cables shall conform to Standard GB/T7424 and GB/T11819.
(2) The nominal operating wavelength is: 1310nm, 1550nm.
5. Mechanical strength
The cabinet appearance can stand at least 980N of pressure vertical to the appearance. After the cabinet door is opened, it can stand at least 200N pressure from the most outer end of the door.
6. Sealing performance
The cabinet is in locked state. The protection performance of indoor equipment can reach the requirements of IP53 as specified in GB4205, and that of outdoor type can reach the requirements of IP65 as specified in GB4208.
